This is so easy! Feel free to use the nuts and seeds you like – but this is what I use (and I don’t always measure)
1/4 cup of each:
almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, peanuts
Add in 1/8 cup flax and chia
A dash of sea salt – mix in Cuisinart – may take 10 or so minutes – be patient as its worth it!
