Sports Drinks I use and recommend: UCAN – I use the superstarch UCAN for my training and racing – and the protein UCAN for certain workouts – I add my sodium to my UCAN and recommend BASE Performance aminos and sodium! I just add mine to my UCAN! I also like the UCAN hydrate in my water bottle.
