Slow Cooker: Layer peeled and sliced organic gala apples, cubed sweet potaotes, sliced onion and seasonings with cuts of chicken and let the cooker do the rest of the work ! Makes for easy dinners, and leftovers for lunches
Grill: Cut up a whole chicken, season and head to the open flames for a quick cook. Combine with dark leafy greens and cut up veggies for a big colorful salad.
Soup: Poach cut chicken pieces in chicken broth and water, adding plenty of aromatics such as chopped onion, carrots and celery. Stir in thin slices of kale at the end of cooking! Serve with cauliflower mashed “taters” or cauli “rice”
