Ingredients
1/3 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup packed raw spinach
½ cup shredded zucchini
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
1/3-3/4 cup cold water (depending on desired thickness/consistency)
Small handful of ice cubes
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth. Serve immediately.
