Tis the season for all things Pumpkin! This smoothie is creamy and delish! Great pre or post workout! Adapted from Paleo Leap
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree;
- 20 grams protein powder
- 1 banana;
- 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk;
- 4 to 5 ice cubes;
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice;
Blend up and serve! Serves 1
