Smoothie In A Bowl!

One of my friends/athletes created this recipe – and its amazing! I love when athletes create fun Metabolically Efficient meals!!

Side note: She does freeze the coconut milk in ice cube trays and then adds it in – I also added some chia seeds to my version – this is a recipe you will want to try and then create some of your own ideas from here!

  • 4 oz water,
  • 2 oz coconut milk,
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries,
  • nub fresh ginger,
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder,
  • 1 scoop @designerprotein French vanilla whey (or 20 grams of your favorite vanilla protein powder)
  • 2 cups baby spinach,
  • 4 ice cubes.
  • Blend, and top with crushed seaweed, sesame seeds, sliced strawberries
