One of my friends/athletes created this recipe – and its amazing! I love when athletes create fun Metabolically Efficient meals!!
Side note: She does freeze the coconut milk in ice cube trays and then adds it in – I also added some chia seeds to my version – this is a recipe you will want to try and then create some of your own ideas from here!
- 4 oz water,
- 2 oz coconut milk,
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries,
- nub fresh ginger,
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder,
- 1 scoop @designerprotein French vanilla whey (or 20 grams of your favorite vanilla protein powder)
- 2 cups baby spinach,
- 4 ice cubes.
- Blend, and top with crushed seaweed, sesame seeds, sliced strawberries
